How does the Saver SciCraft project workflow work?

When do I need to sign the NDA?

The NDA is reviewed and accepted before any payment or document sharing. You can read the full NDA terms in the Client Portal after submitting a service request.

How are payments handled?

Payments are accepted in transparent instalments via secure Razorpay checkout (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) for Indian clients. International wire transfers are also accepted.

What deliverables do I receive after project completion?

After project completion, you receive final deliverables, the executed NDA, payment receipts, and invoices — all downloadable through your secure client portal.

10-Step Process

From Service Request to Delivery

Submit Service Request

Fill in the service request form on the home page with your name, email, phone, service needed, and project details. On submission, you are automatically redirected to the Client Portal with your email pre-filled.

Login via OTP

In the Client Portal, click "Send OTP" — a one-time password is emailed to you. Enter the 6-digit OTP to verify your identity and log in. Your dashboard with all tabs loads automatically upon successful verification.

KYC Verification

Upload your government-issued ID and address proof through the KYC tab. Your submission status is tracked — verified, pending, or rejected with reason.

NDA Signing

Request an OTP for NDA acceptance, verify it, then read the full NDA by scrolling through the preview. Check all acceptance boxes, upload your signature image, and submit. The one-party signed NDA is sent to admin for counter-execution.

Quotation Optional

Review the quotation prepared by our team in the Quotation tab. Accept it to proceed with payment, request a revision, or skip if you already have an agreed scope and proceed directly to milestone payments.

Milestone Payments

Pay in instalments via the Payments tab. Each milestone activates automatically based on triggers. Click "Pay Now" to complete via Razorpay supporting cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

Upload Files & View Snippets

Upload manuscripts, data files, figures, and reference materials through the Upload tab — all linked to your order. View and download project snippets provided by the team in the Snippets tab.

Drafts & Feedback

Download delivered drafts from the Drafts tab. Submit revision requests along with satisfaction and quality ratings. Our team updates the draft and re-uploads it for the next review cycle.

Messages with File Attachments

Send messages with optional file attachments through the Messages tab. All communication and attached files are stored securely alongside the project for reference and audit.

Downloads & Deliverables

Access final deliverables, the fully executed NDA PDF, payment receipts, and invoices — all downloadable from the Downloads tab. Your documents remain available in the portal for future reference.
