Yes. Saver SciCraft is a service division of OM SAVER INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED, a legally registered company in India. All our operations, invoicing, and legal agreements are issued under the parent company.

Our office is located at 1/299, Vijayant Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow-226010, UP, India. We serve clients across India and internationally, with remote service delivery through our secure client portal and email communication.

We serve academic scientists, university students, medical doctors, school teachers, hospitals, universities, and bio-based industries. Our services are designed for anyone who needs professional scientific writing, editing, publishing support, or research communication assistance—from early-career researchers to established professionals.

Yes. Students can request special pricing by sharing a valid student ID during quotation review. Discounts of up to 20% may apply depending on service type, scope, and eligibility. We also offer free scientific writing webinars and a referral program.

Project Workflow

Our onboarding follows these steps:

  • Choose a service — Review our service categories and select the one that matches your needs.
  • Review the NDA — Read and accept the NDA terms before sharing project details or payment.
  • Submit your details — Provide contact information, service selection, project title, timeline, target journal or document type, and key requirements through our service request form.
  • Review quotation — Our team prepares a detailed scope, timeline, pricing, and any eligible discounts. Review and accept it in the Quotation tab, or skip if you already have an agreed scope.
  • Pay after NDA — Payment proceeds only after NDA acceptance.
  • Work begins — Human experts begin the agreed scope of writing, editing, consulting, or support work.

Timelines depend on the service, scope, and word count. Typical turnaround times are discussed and confirmed during quotation. We accommodate reasonable deadlines and will communicate clearly if a timeline is not feasible. Urgent requests can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. After onboarding, you will have direct communication with your assigned project coordinator or expert through our secure client portal. This ensures your requirements, feedback, and revisions are handled efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.

After submitting a service request, you will receive an email with an OTP. Log in to the Client Portal to verify your identity, complete KYC, accept the NDA, review your quotation (if requested — you can also skip this step), set up milestone payments, and complete checkout.

Confidentiality & NDA

Absolutely. Confidentiality is the foundation of our workflow. All clients review and accept an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before sharing any project details, manuscript material, or payment. The NDA framework has been drafted with legal guidance from advocates at the High Court of UP, Lucknow Bench.

The NDA is reviewed and accepted before any payment or document sharing. You will be able to read the full NDA terms in the Client Portal after submitting a service request. After NDA acceptance, you can review your quotation (optional) or proceed directly to payment and work commencement.

Yes. Our NDA framework has been prepared with legal guidance from advocates practicing at the High Court of UP, Lucknow Bench. The agreement is legally binding and enforceable under applicable Indian laws. It covers confidentiality obligations, data handling, and non-disclosure of your research materials.

No. We never share your research documents, manuscript data, or personal information with any third party without your explicit written consent. All work is handled internally by our team of human experts, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only under the NDA agreement.

KYC & Payment

We accept payments through Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets) for Indian clients. International wire transfers are also accepted. Invoicing is done after NDA acceptance. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Yes. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is part of our compliance process. You may be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID and address proof during onboarding. This helps us maintain a secure and transparent workflow for all clients, which is especially important for confidential research document handling.

We offer scope-based pricing with clearly defined deliverables. Revisions within the agreed scope are accommodated. Any scope changes after work commencement may be quoted separately. Specific refund and revision terms are detailed in the service agreement provided at the time of acceptance. Please review these terms before making payment.

No. We believe in transparent pricing. All costs are communicated upfront in the quotation. There are no hidden charges. Taxes (GST or applicable) are shown separately where applicable. If any additional work is needed beyond the agreed scope, we will inform you and provide a separate quote before proceeding.

Yes. We offer custom packages and institutional pricing for hospitals, universities, organizations, schools, and research teams. Please contact us through the service request form or email us directly to discuss bulk requirements and customized pricing.

Publication & Research

No. We do not guarantee journal acceptance. Our services improve the quality, readability, and presentation of your manuscript, but final acceptance is determined by the journal's editorial board and peer reviewers. We focus on making your manuscript submission-ready by addressing language, structure, formatting, and logical consistency.

Yes. Eligible services include two free Turnitin originality reports. Our Sci-Originality service offers ethical similarity reduction and plagiarism removal through proper citation repair, overlap mapping, paraphrasing, and source verification. We focus on root-cause correction rather than cosmetic substitution, and we do not support unethical bypass of plagiarism detectors.

Yes. Our Sci-Support service includes reviewer response support and rebuttal letter preparation. We help you address reviewer comments systematically, prepare point-by-point responses, and revise your manuscript to meet reviewer expectations. Our Sci-Coach 1:1 program also includes reviewer response guidance as part of the annual publication roadmap.

Yes. Our Sci-Pub Systematic Review service provides PRISMA-oriented systematic review and meta-analysis writing support. This includes PICO framing, search strategy support, screening plans, data extraction sheets, risk-of-bias assessment, PRISMA flow diagrams, synthesis narratives, and meta-analysis writing support where data permit.

Yes. Our Sci-Humanize service restores author voice and refines AI-generated text while preserving scientific meaning and maintaining disclosure ethics. We do not support bypassing AI detectors or misrepresenting AI-assisted work. All humanization is done transparently, and we encourage clients to follow their target journal's disclosure policies regarding AI use.

Client Portal & Support

The Client Portal is a secure online platform where you can manage your projects, verify your identity, complete KYC, accept the NDA, review your quotation (optional), upload manuscripts and data files, view project snippets from the team, set up milestone payments, complete checkout, send messages with file attachments, and track project milestones. You can access it by clicking the "Client Portal" link in the navigation bar or by visiting client-portal.html directly.

After submitting a service request, check your email for the OTP. Then log in to the Client Portal using the email you provided. In the portal, you can verify your identity, complete KYC, read and accept the NDA, review your quotation (optional — skip if you already have agreed terms), upload manuscripts and data files, choose a payment plan, and complete the checkout process.

Yes. We provide an Admin Portal for institutional clients and administrators. It is accessible through the "Admin Portal" link in the navigation bar. The Admin Portal includes tools for managing projects, reviewing service requests, and overseeing account-level activities.
