Commitment to Trust
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your research data, personal information, and intellectual property are protected by industry-standard security practices, legally reviewed agreements, and a culture of ethical handling. We take your privacy as seriously as you do.
01
Our Commitment to Confidentiality
Confidentiality is the foundation of every interaction at Saver SciCraft. From the moment a client reaches out, we treat all shared information — including project requirements, manuscript drafts, research data, personal details, and communications — as strictly confidential.
Our team operates under a clear internal policy: client information is accessed only by authorized personnel directly involved in the project. We do not discuss, display, or reference client work outside the scope of the agreed engagement.
This commitment applies regardless of whether a project proceeds to full engagement. Initial inquiries, quotations, and preliminary discussions are also held in confidence.
02
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
All clients are asked to review and accept a Non-Disclosure Agreement before any project details, manuscript content, or payment is exchanged. The NDA establishes a legally binding framework for confidentiality covering all materials shared during the engagement.
Legal guidance: Our NDA framework has been prepared with legal guidance from advocates practicing at the High Court of UP, Lucknow Bench. The agreement is intended to be enforceable under applicable Indian laws and reflects standard confidentiality practices for professional service engagements.
The NDA covers obligations regarding non-disclosure of research materials, limited use of shared data solely for the agreed service, and return or destruction of materials upon project completion. Clients are encouraged to read the full NDA terms before acceptance.
03
KYC Verification
As part of our compliance and security framework, we may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification from clients during onboarding. This typically involves providing a valid government-issued identification document and proof of address.
KYC documents are used solely for identity verification and compliance purposes. They are stored securely, accessed only by authorized personnel, and are not shared with any third party except as required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
This verification step helps us maintain a transparent, secure workflow — particularly important when handling confidential research documents and intellectual property.
04
Document Security
All project-related documents — including manuscripts, data files, figures, and correspondence — are handled within a controlled internal environment. Access to client documents is restricted to team members who are directly assigned to the project.
We follow a least-privilege access policy: team members can access only the documents and information necessary for their specific role in the project. Documents are not shared across unrelated project teams.
Physical copies of documents are not printed or stored unnecessarily. Digital files are maintained on secure internal systems with access controls, and we do not store client documents on personal devices or unsecured cloud services.
05
Data Privacy
We respect your right to data privacy. Personal information collected during the course of engagement — such as name, email address, phone number, institutional affiliation, and billing details — is used only for the purposes of service delivery, communication, and invoicing.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than what is necessary to deliver the agreed services, unless we have your explicit written consent or are required to do so by law.
We may use anonymized, aggregate data for internal business analysis and quality improvement, but such data cannot identify any individual client or project.
06
Secure File Handling
Files uploaded through our client portal are transmitted over encrypted connections using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols. This helps protect your data during transfer between your device and our systems.
Once received, files are stored on secure internal infrastructure with access controls. Uploaded files are used exclusively for the purpose of the agreed service and are not accessible to unauthorized personnel.
We recommend that clients avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information through unencrypted email attachments. The client portal provides a more secure channel for document exchange.
07
Communication Security
Project-related communication is conducted through our secure client portal, where messages and document exchanges are protected. This centralizes all project correspondence in a controlled environment, reducing the risk of data leakage through scattered email threads or third-party messaging platforms.
Email communication used for initial contact, quotation, and administrative purposes is handled through secured email services. We encourage clients to use the client portal for sharing project materials and discussing sensitive details.
Any communication containing personal or project-related information is treated as confidential and is not disclosed outside the project team.
08
Payment Security
All payments made through our website are processed via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. Razorpay adheres to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), which is a set of security standards designed to ensure that all entities that handle credit card information maintain a secure environment.
We do not store or process credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or other sensitive payment instrument details on our own servers. Payment information is handled entirely by Razorpay's secure infrastructure.
Invoices and payment receipts are generated through the Razorpay platform and are accessible through the client portal. Payment-related data is retained only as necessary for accounting and legal compliance.
09
Ethical Business Practices
Saver SciCraft operates on a foundation of professional ethics and scientific integrity. We do not engage in, support, or facilitate any of the following practices:
- Data fabrication or manipulation: We do not create, alter, or fabricate research data, results, or images.
- False authorship: We do not write papers for the purpose of claiming undeserved authorship credit, nor do we arrange ghost authorship.
- Acceptance guarantees: We do not and cannot guarantee journal acceptance. Final publication decisions rest entirely with journal editors and peer reviewers.
- Unethical plagiarism bypass: Our originality services focus on ethical citation repair, proper paraphrasing, and source verification — not circumvention of plagiarism detection systems.
- Misrepresentation of AI use: We support transparent disclosure of AI tools in accordance with journal and institutional policies.
Our ethical guidelines are reviewed periodically to align with evolving industry standards, publisher requirements, and regulatory expectations. All team members are expected to adhere to these guidelines as a condition of engagement.
10
Retention and Deletion
We retain client personal information and project-related data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including the delivery of services, invoicing, record-keeping, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Upon completion of a project, project deliverables are provided to the client and copies may be retained in our secure internal archives for a reasonable period for reference, quality assurance, and legal compliance. Access to archived materials remains restricted.
Clients who wish to request deletion of their personal data and project materials after the retention period may contact us at saver.scicraft@gmail.com. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws, subject to any legal obligations that require continued retention.
We recommend that clients maintain their own copies of all deliverables and project correspondence, as deletion of our records does not guarantee recovery of materials.
